We, "Торговый Дом " PassSV" acting with full corporate authority and legal responsibility do hereby issue our FCO to supply the below commodity. This FCO is issued and submitted under the strict guidelines of ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) INCOTERMS 2000 publication 500. It is issued for the Sale/Purchase of the herein below outlined USED RAILS, confirming that we are ready, willing and able to supply under the terms, conditions, and procedures stated as follows:

1. Products Used Rails ISRI R50, R65
2. Origin: Europe, Africa, Middle East- Seller’s option.
3. Specification: As per ISRI R50, R65 specs.
4. Quantity: 15,000 MT (+/- 10%).
5. Delivery: Bulk Shipment of 15,000 MT (+/- 10%) (Min. 12,500
MT). Initial delivery within 30 days of receipt of the Buyer’s L/C.
5. Price: US$290.00 Per Metric Ton CIF Port of Berdyansk / or Nikolaev, Ukraine
6. Payment: By Irrevocable Confirmed Transferable Divisible Documentary
Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight upon presentation
of shipping documents.
7. Inspection: SGS or similar
8. Validity: 5 Banking Days
