П Р О Ц Е Д У Р А С Д Е Л К И
All the request we will accept ONLY BY BANK SWIFT (LOI and BCL)

The ONLY procedure that we use and we can accept is:

a) Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI) and Bank Confort Letter (BCL) by
SWIFT to Seller's bank
b) Seller issues by SWIFT readiness and Draft Contract by email.
c) Buyer signs and seals contract and sends it back to Seller by email
d) Seller signs, seals and stamps original hard contracts (4 copies) and
sends it back to Buyer by DHL or TNT
e) Buyer signs, seals and stamps hard contracts (4 copies) and sends 2
copies back to Seller by courier
f) Buyer's bank issues within 2 banking days after receipt of the
signed,
sealed and stamped contracts agreed non operative documentary Letter of
Credit in favor of Seller (Not-Active L/C)
g) Seller's bank issues after receipt of Buyer's financial instrument
agreed 2% (Two Percent) Performance Bond (P/B) in favor of Buyer and
provides Buyer with full Proof of Product (P.O.P.) that active the L/C.
h) Shipments starts as per agreed Delivery Schedule issued by the buyer.

банк
продавца.
